Study on healthy habits

65% of Argentineans consider that they must change some of their daily habits in order to have a healthier life.
The study conducted by Voices! and requested by Dr. Jorge Trataglione for the presentation of Revolución Saludable, aimed to identify the healthy habits of Argentinians and the difficulties to change certain habits associated with health.
Some findings of the study:
- The vast majority of Argentinians (65%) believe that they should change some of their daily habits to have a healthier life.
- 7 out of 10 Argentinians state that they tried to make some change to improve their health in the last 12 months.
- The most difficult changes to maintain are to stop smoking (61% tried and did not succeed in the last 12 months) and sleeping more and better (47%).
- 6 out of 10 Argentinians who tried changes they could not maintain (59%) point the lack of will as the main barrier to change harmful behaviors or incorporate healthy habits.
